Position Summary:  The Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach is responsible to provide leadership and oversight of the new Women’s Lacrosse program. The Head Coach is expected to affirm, model, and cultivate the Christ-centered mission of Warner University and the Athletic Department.  Responsibilities include planning and organizing all aspects of Women’s Lacrosse operations including but not limited to recruiting, retention, scheduling, training, and conditioning, practice and game strategies, budgeting, fundraising, participation in marketing and promotions programs and community outreach, and supervision of assistant coaches. This position requires a strong commitment to the academic success of the athletes, adherence to the athletic, university, and NAIA rules and regulation
