Instrumental Music Faculty - Flute and Low Brass
The Division of Music at Ouachita Baptist University is currently seeking two tenure-track, instrumental music faculty to begin in August 2022. The responsibilities, qualifications, and application information for each position are detailed below. Assistant Professor of Music - Flute Teach applied flute; coach flute ensemble; teach courses in music theory and/or aural skills; serve as coordinator of aural skills courses; provide academic advising to music majors; participate in faculty governance; and recruit instrumental students. Additional responsibilities may be assigned according to the candidate’s abilities and the needs of the institution.
