The Association of Theological Schools (ATS) is seeking an Associate Director, Leadership Programming to support the design, planning, and implementation of its expanding range of learning opportunities intended for the growth of current and future leaders within ATS member schools. Responsibilities The Associate Director will work closely with the Director of Leadership Development to design and implement a holistic approach to leadership development programming. The Associate Director will cultivate and support robust communities of practice within the ATS membership by establishing regular processes for the assessment of community needs and then developing and leading programming in response to those needs.
