The Department of Political Science at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California, invites applications and nominations for a one-year position in Political Science at the rank of assistant professor, effective fall 2022 (with the possibility of renewal for a second year). We are seeking applicants with a Ph.D. in Political Science and an ability to teach introductory and upper-division courses in political theory (constitutional law would also be helpful, but is not essential). Strong candidates with a master’s degree / ABD and teaching experience will also be considered.
