Tabor College announces a faculty opening for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Business Administration. The faculty member’s responsibility will be teaching undergraduate courses in the business studies department and serving as the director of the Central Kansas Entrepreneurship Center. Other responsibilities include active scholarship, assisting with the internship program, mentoring, advising, recruiting, and serving on committees. The Department of Business Administration is committed to teaching the concepts of biblical stewardship in all aspects of its program. Tabor College offers a Business Administration major with concentrations in Accounting/Finance, Agricultural Business, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Management, Marketing and Sport Marketing/Management.
Rank/Salary Commensurate with faculty salary schedule.
Beginning Date: August 2023.
Qualifications: • M.A. or M.B.A. required; terminal degree preferred. • Minimum of five years of teaching experience preferred. • Direct business experience that can facilitate practical application of subjects preferred • Commitment to teaching and service in the context of a Christian liberal arts college is essential. • A creative approach to innovation and program development highly desired.
