Director of Operations
The Falls Church Anglican is seeking a Director of Operations to manage and oversee the functional areas of finance, facilities, information technology, human resources, and office management.  The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to: create and monitor budgets plan, execute, and report on financial affairs manage the effective use of resources for ministry programs and the office environment oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and other human resource matters, including the development of staff coordinate facility use review and judge the appropriateness of contracts interact productively with a variety of lay committees with diverse areas of expertise
