PRIMARY PURPOSE The Core Faculty & Director of Student Success will have responsibility for teaching Bluefield Core courses along with other general education courses as necessary, while leading the institution’s Student Success efforts. Faculty rank to be determined based on qualifications. The position also supervises the Academic Center for Excellence & Careers with the goal of improving student academic success and retention.
