The Information Technology Department at Milligan University invites applications for the full-time position of Business Process Analyst and ERP Administrator with an anticipated start early in 2025. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this individual will analyze, design, and implement business processes that streamline operations, foster data-driven decision-making, and improve user experiences. Collaborating with stakeholders across departments, the successful candidate will bridge business needs with technological solutions, ensuring alignment with the university’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to optimize operations.
Design and document new workflows and business processes, providing detailed analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and align solutions with the university’s strategic goals.
Coordinate with external ERP vendors and internal IT staff for system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
Develop and maintain standard and custom reports to support university operations and provide critical insights for decision-making.
Work with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the ERP system.
Qualifications: Successful candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology and at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. Successful candidates should also demonstrate a strong Christian faith and commitment to Milligan’s mission as a Christian liberal arts university. Primary duties and responsibilities would be performed in an office setting.
