The School of Business at Trinity Western University (TWU) is actively seeking a full-time tenure-track Professor for the School of Business who will be responsible for teaching Business Analytics beginning in August 2025. We seek applicants with the ability to teach in the undergraduate and MBA programs. The successful candidate must possess demonstrated expertise and will be expected to engage in appropriate professional and scholarly activities, advise students, and carry out other faculty responsibilities.

All qualified faculty will be expected to teach in both the undergraduate and graduate programs based in Langley, BC, and may be requested to teach occasionally on our other campuses in Canada and China. Qualifications include:
Committed Christian faith. All TWU faculty should be committed Christians who are able to articulate the intersection of Christian faith and business, specifically related to their discipline.
An earned doctorate, or ABD, in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Operations Management or a related field is highly preferred.
Proven teaching excellence at a post-secondary institution is essential, as is the ability to interact with students as an academic advisor and mentor.
As a leader in global business education, TWU desires candidates who have an in-depth understanding of the global marketplace.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Applicants should have expertise in and be academically qualified to teach business analytics courses both at the undergraduate and graduate level.
Engagement with professional communities.
Model genuine Christian faith in and beyond the classroom.
Engagement with students outside the classroom, including advising, social interaction, and informal academic and cultural settings.
Intentionally and explicitly integrate the Christian faith with teaching and scholarship.
Participation in the work of the university, including serving on university committees as needed.
