Wheaton College invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in Engineering to begin Fall 2025. Members of groups traditionally underrepresented in engineering, including those with non-traditional career paths, are strongly encouraged to apply. Wheaton’s engineering program has recently expanded from a 3-2/Dual Degree program to include an Engineering BS major with concentrations in Mechanical, Biomedical, and Civil/Environmental Engineering. The successful candidate will teach foundational engineering courses (e.g., Statics, Dynamics, Mechanics of Materials, and Engineering Graphics) and will develop new required and elective courses within an Engineering BS major concentration.
