Description: East Texas Baptist University invites applications for the dean of the Fred Hale School of Business. The position begins May 2025. The School offers Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in accounting, management, and marketing, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration. The position is a ten and a half (10.5) month position with twelve (12) teaching hours per academic year. The dean develops and articulates a vision and associated goals for the school, coordinates the schedule of classes, supervises the academic curriculum for the school of business and leads the faculty of the school. The dean also assists in developing strategies for recruitment, retention, and growth of both graduate and
