Cairn University’s Department of Student Life is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Dean of Students. Department Purpose The core values of Student Life are designed to provide student care through orientation, spiritual mentorship, life in community, intellectual engagement, leadership development, robust programs and an experience that is fun. These core values shape how Student Life serves the students and how the institution recognizes that segments of the student population, such as international students, conditionally accepted students, and students of color, need additional support. A primary function for each position in Student Life is to assist in fulfilling the overall Student Life purpose of care within
