Northwestern College is seeking a vice president for advancement to replace a retiring VPA who has had a successful 15-year tenure. This is a full-time, 12-month position that reports directly to the president. We seek a dynamic leader who will serve as a valued member of the president’s cabinet and a person who can build a close connection to the president to continue the strong momentum of advancing the college’s strategic initiatives. He/she will be a team builder and strategic thinker who inspires trustees, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, friends and other stakeholders to advance the mission of the college through their involvement and investment.
