Ecology Adjunct Professor
Adjunct instructor needed to teach Biology 201: Ecology. This course is a semester long course geared towards second year science majors. The course covers key ecological concepts like energy flow, nutrient cycles, interactions with the physical environment, population growth, interspecific interactions, and ecosystem-level processes. Students will be expected to develop ecological research questions, develop testable hypotheses, and plan and implement data collection to pursue ecological questions. This is a four-credit, lab-based class. The lecture sections of each class include two 75-minute meetings per week. The lab section is schedule for two hours and forty minutes. Class meetings are Monday and Thursday afternoon with a late afternoon lab on Thursdays. The lab is equipped
