The primary responsibility for this position is teaching courses in the Exercise Science curriculum. Initial courses taught may include: Exercise Evaluation & Prescription, Senior Seminar, Biomechanics, and Biostatistics. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills to work with students, other faculty, and administrators across the disciplines of exercise science, health, and related areas. They must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. They must have analytical skills for program evaluation and continuous improvement assessment. The candidate must also be able to advise, instruct, manage, motivate, mentor, and evaluate students in a highly personalized environment, modeling Christian faith and practice.
