Trinity Christian College seeks a full-time Executive Advisor to the President for Diversity, Belonging, Equity and Justice.  The Executive Advisor to the President for Diversity, Belonging, Equity and Justice (EA) is a senior-level leader who (1) sits on the President’s Leadership Team,  (2) guides a core team of campus leaders in the strategic approach of programming and initiatives for students and employees, (3) works across leadership sectors of the college, partnering with other senior leaders to advance Trinity’s Christian vision for the work of diversity, belonging, equity, and justice, (4) guides the college in the analysis and review of policy to ensure barriers to belonging and student success are eliminated, and (5) is a core contributor to the deeper articulation of the Chr
