SUMMARY: Palm Beach Atlantic University's Rinker School of Business seeks an Assistant/Associate Professor of Management. The position is a full-time position, with a teaching load of three (3) courses per semester.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Interest and ability to teach in some Strategy courses a plus.
- The ability and interest in teaching day, evening, on-campus, and online modalities within our undergraduate and Master of Business Administration program.
- A commitment and ability to teaching excellence and service to the School, the University, and the community.
- Authored multiple recent publications in peer-reviewed management related journals.
- Evidence of a planned scholarly agenda consistent with expectations of an AACSB-accredited program and integrated into teaching.
- A Christian commitment and the ability to integrate Christian faith into traditional coursework.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Preferred: PhD in Management or D.B.A in a business-related field
- Minimum: ABDs from an AACSB accredited institution or practitioners with a master’s degree and significant executive experience may also be considered.

About the Rinker School of Business:
The Rinker School of Business is AACSB accredited. It offers nine undergraduate majors, and three graduate degree programs, an evening MBA, a Masters of Accountancy, and a 3+2 Degree in Business Data Analytics. The School of Business has approximately 600 undergraduate students, 100 graduate students, and 24 full-time business faculty.
