PURPOSE OF JOBUnder the supervision of the Director of Residential Life & Housing, the Coordinator of Residential On-Call & Care is responsible for providing integrated care to students. This care will consist of being on-call Sunday night through Thursday night. This role will only be on-call over the weekends in a rotation with other departmental leadership roles, acting as a supervisory on-call support for Resident Directors. They will also meet with high-risk students during the weekday, provide follow-up to students who had a crisis, and coordinate with The Hub for absence notifications and the Director of Student Conduct & Support for any student hospitalized.
