PURPOSE OF JOB: The Business Analyst is a technical liaison between Information Technology and the client community and is responsible for translating business requirements into meaningful reports, analysis, and application support and program development.  The Business Analyst is under the direct supervision of the Director of Information Technology.  The Business Analyst is responsible for carrying out the tasks assigned by the Director Information Technology.
