Position Summary The Senior Director of Advancement Services will join Eastern University during an exciting time of growth and transformation in its history as we embark on our new 2022-27 strategic plan, Inspire. Innovate. Impact. This position is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the day-to-day operations of the Advancement Services area, including database management and integrity, donor relations, budgeting, prospect research, list generation, gift processing, reporting and other related systems. The Senior Director must be able to effectively and successfully organize and prioritize work of multiple projects, maintaining focus on details and meeting appropriate deadlines. As we continue to plan for annual and future campaign
