Director of Career Development and Success POSITION SUMMARY:  Reporting to the AVP of Student Success & Academic Engagement, the Director oversees all aspects of the Career Center and provides strategic direction for the career development and success for all students. This includes leadership, implementation, and coordination of functions, staff, procedures, assessments, and budgets. The director is responsible to lead the implementation of a compelling and data-informed vision for career preparation and success of Biola graduates. This endeavor requires the development of effective on-campus partnerships with faculty, staff, administrators, and students, and effective external partnerships
