CCCU institutions are located around the world. Though they are diverse in size, scope, and mission, they are each committed to faith-integrated higher education.
The Graduate Program in Higher Education is offering graduate assistantships on the Messiah University campus as well as at several partner institutions including Anderson University, Bluffton University, and George Fox University. Graduate assistants will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working on a college or university campus while pursuing either a Master of Arts in Higher Education or a Master of Arts in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership degree through Messiah. The priority deadline to apply is February 15, 2023.
Numerous Student affairs positions are available in Assessment, Campus Recreation, Service Trips, Student Engagement, and Residence Life. Athletic coaching positions are also available such as Aquatics/Swimming, Men’s Basketball, Cross Country/Track & Field and Athletic Communications. These are two-year, 20 hours/week, appointments not to exceed 800 hours/year. Commitment runs from approximately August 1st – May 30th each of the two years.
Education required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; acceptance into one of the graduate degrees (Master of Arts in Higher Education or the Master of Arts in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership) at Messiah University is required. Special working conditions: Occasional weekend and evening hours as priorities demand. Christian faith commitment required.
