Instruction and Primary Duties This position’s primary focus is teaching courses in strategic communication across the majors in the Communication Arts department through the lens of a Christian worldview. The successful candidate is expected to teach a mix of lower- and upper-level courses that span public relations, social media, communication theory, public speaking, and other classes based on the candidate’s experience and research specialties.  Responsibilities will include the general core communication course and ideally coaching competitive speakers to expand the current IPDA national championship debate team.  Facilitate/guide the progress of students toward achievement of course and program outcomes.  D
