The Department of Nursing at Westmont College seeks a collaborative and energetic tenure-track faculty member to serve as professor (open rank) and assistant director of our new Accelerated BSN program.  Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about the Christian mission of the college, committed to grounding the program in the liberal arts, and excited about teaching and supporting our diverse nursing students.  The Assistant Program Director, along with the Program Director, is responsible and accountable for the coordination, direction, fiscal planning, and all activities involved in developing, implementing, and managing the nursing program.  They will have supervisory responsibility over all faculty (full and part-time) and should have extensive knowledge of the best practices
