Job Summary: Reporting to the Provost, collaborating with the Associate Provost for Program Support and Improvement and other department chairs, manages and oversees the department (all programs) within the context of university functions, fosters excellence in teaching and learning, and provides program development and expertise by monitoring and facilitating assessment. The director will function as an academic administrator with the following responsibilities in addition to teaching one course per contract as determined: I. Departmental Oversight 1.    Prepare
