The Athletic Director is a senior leadership position that partners with the Chief Student Engagement Officer in developing and providing athletic services to meet the needs of student athletes. This position provides oversight and direction to the College’s athletic department. As such, the Director is responsible for the integration of multiple activities and programs that encourage the College’s mission, viewing the role of athletics as a dynamic tool to develop competency, character, and community from a Christ-centered perspective. This position requires that the individual establish cooperative working relationships, supervise and train students and staff, and communicate effectively with all types of people.
