About the JobThe Military Enrollment Counselor (MEC) position is an exempt, full-time position reporting to the Military Enrollment Director (MED). This position requires a goal-oriented individual who has excellent communication and customer service skills. Military Enrollment Counselors have the ability to handle a significant amount of phone work, one-on-one admissions counseling, outside business development, lead generation, and the facilitation of information sessions. The MEC will office from the United States Air Force Academy, located in Colorado Springs and will use effective sales and marketing skills to enroll prospective students who are either affiliated to a military branch or are using military benefits into the College of Adult and Graduate
