Cedarville University has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Assistant Vice President for Graduate Enrollment in The Graduate School. This is a new, exempt, twelve-month staff position (2080 hours) that starts on July 1, 2022.

The Assistant Vice President for Graduate Enrollment will provide leadership and vision for all enrollment management initiatives in The Graduate School at Cedarville University. This enrollment management expert will manage a team of professionals who recruit and advise graduate students from a wide array of backgrounds and experiences. This leader is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that will drive recruitment, enrollment, and retention initiatives to generate exceptional graduate program results. The Assistant Vice President for Graduate Enrollment is also responsible for advancing Graduate Studies’ overall enrollment objectives through effective advising and retention strategies.

Position Requirements:

• Master's degree in marketing, communication, leadership, or a related field required. Ph.D. preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Eight to ten years of successful experience (or equivalent) in recruitment and enrollment management or equivalent sales leadership experience and proven success in a related industry. Graduate admissions experience preferred but not required.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Exceptional customer service and public relations skills with the ability to serve diverse, non-traditional students with excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills required
• Strong ability to effectively collaborate across a variety of organizational structures and academic disciplines.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage tasks effectively and professionally.
• Quantitative ability to predict and model admission targets, yields, and revenue projections.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to deliver high quality work and results under minimal direction.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with internal and external constituencies.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistent follow-through required.
• Knowledge and familiarity with basic office information systems (MS Office), reporting software, and experience with Slate and other admissions software, as well as social media platforms.
• Ability to travel, some evening and weekend work, and a valid driver’s license.
