Position Summary The Director of Engagement and Formation will actively lead and contribute to institution wide efforts to ensure overall positive student engagement, learning, and formation outside of the classroom. The Director develops policies and programs that enhance learning outcomes and university distinctives and serves on Student Life Management Team and as a conduct hearing officer. The Director will have oversight of activities in four focal areas that contribute to this area: a) student activities and engagement; b) leadership development; c) service learning and volunteering; d) diversity and inclusion.   Duties and Responsibilities:   Student activities and engagement- oversight of student activities and programs
