Access Services ILL/DD Supervisor
This position reports to the Head of Access Services and coordinates all aspects of the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery (ILL/DD) and Circulation areas, serving both local and distance students. This position will assist in related work to support the functions of the University Library. Essential functions will include: Manage all aspects of the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Document Delivery and Circulation. Provide staff training on ILL/DD and Circulation services as needed. Contact other libraries via OCLC, Odyssey, fax, email and /or telephone regarding lending and borrowing materials. Coordinate all ILL/Document Delivery services to non-local distance education students. Compile ILL/DD annual report and statistics. Com
