In the Dayton School of Business (DSB), at Asbury University, we are on a mission to provide a rigorous, student-centric education that emphasizes collaboration, critical and innovative thinking, while cultivating integrity and character. We expect our students to graduate with a deep faith and excellent work skills that are integrated and holistic.
We are seeking a full-time MBA director & tenure-track faculty member (open-rank) whose character, faith, and professional ability are emblematic of the team’s values and whose passion aligns with our mission.
You’ll get to…
Provide leadership and innovation for the MBA program.
Maximize the program’s potential while expanding the DSB’s network and reach.
Collaborate with Graduate Admissions in the recruitment of students.
Mentor graduate students in both the management and nonprofit MBA tracks.
Assist with recruiting and shepherding a team of adjuncts who contribute to the program
Work on an 11-month contract.
Teach 18 credit hours throughout the academic year and summer terms.

A terminal degree in a business-related field (candidates who are ABD or have earned an MBA and are able to validate extensive professional experience may be considered).

Who we are
The Dayton School of Business is growing and in need of qualified candidates who are ready to fully invest in our students to be the Best FOR the World. We have over 225 undergraduate and graduate students who are seeking majors in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, and Sport Management, or an MBA with a traditional or non-profit track. We also have a partnership with The Salvation Army and non-traditional undergraduates seeking degrees in business management.
