The Daniels Fund, established by cable television pioneer Bill Daniels, is a private charitable foundation dedicated to making life better for the people of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming through its grants program, scholarship program, and ethics initiative.
The Daniels Fund strives to ensure its work reflects both Bill Daniels’ written directives, and his unmistakable style. Bill was a patriotic American who served our country in two wars. He was a capitalist who loved our free enterprise system and was well known for his generosity to people from all walks of life. Guided by his compassion, Bill transferred his $1 billion estate to form the assets of the Daniels Fund to carry forward his legacy of giving.

The Information Technology Manager is a hands-on leader who manages Daniels Fund’s helpdesk, server, network, and cloud environments to support the advancement of Bill Daniels’ legacy. The Information Technology Manager is responsible for ensuring successful programming projects and the design and maintenance of a proactive and anticipatory cybersecurity program.
The Information Technology Manager will:
Be responsible for proactive and anticipatory cybersecurity practices.
Be responsible for software development projects.
Be responsible for network and business applications availability.
Perform regular and on-going monitoring of network operations.
Oversee the coordination of services provided by commercial vendors.
Manage annual operating and capital budgets, including hardware replacement and software licensing.
Manage Windows Server environment including Group Policy and Active Directory infrastructure.
Provide system user training and support.
Develop, maintain, and implement disaster recovery plans.
Assist with special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

You are an experienced technology professional and certified cybersecurity expert. You hold advanced cybersecurity certifications and programming skills in PHP or Python. You demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Server administration, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office365. You have advanced knowledge of TCP/IP network concepts and troubleshooting.
You are results-driven with a demonstrated desire for impact. You have an unyielding focus on impact and are driven by a desire to achieve outcomes. You are motivated by the pursuit of long-term objectives and a focus on metrics for impact.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position will be in the range of $90,000 to $160,000 and is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Daniels Fund offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, health, dental, vision insurance, LTD, life insurance, a matched 401k retirement plan and a host of additional benefits.
