POSITION TITLE: Assistant/Associate Dean of School of Continuing Studies and Director of Evening Business Programs DEPARTMENT: Whitworth School of Business (WSB) and School of Continuing Studies (SCS) REPORTS TO: Dean of School of Business (50%) Dean of & School of Continuing Studies (50%) SALARY GRADE/HIRING RANGE: 16/$102,011-$108,012 FLSA DESIGNATION: Exempt; Salaried
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: The Assistant/Associate Dean of School of Continuing Studies (SCS) and Director of Evening Business Programs oversees the administration of business programs in the SCS and assists the dean of continuing studies in administration of the School of Continuing Studies. The Assistant/Associate Dean of the School of Continuing Studies and Director of Evening Business Programs will work closely with deans to ensure academic integrity and marketability of programs. The duties of this role include, but are not limited to, program assessment, faculty development, evaluation of SCS instructors, and the creation of new programs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate degree in business or closely related field required; Ph.D. preferred.
SALARY: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
