The Online and Continuous Learning team at Anderson University invites applications for the position of Marketing and Communications Specialist. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will support the execution of Anderson University’s Online and Continuous Learning communications strategies and helping to increase and grow our engagement with prospective students. Using visual and written communications, this position is instrumental in educating/sharing stories about Anderson University’s mission and programs for adult and graduate learning. The individual should be well organized, exhibit attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and projects, and comfortable engaging with audiences/people from a wide spectrum of backgrounds. The specialist will manage multiple projects that require different degrees of independence and team-based collaboration.

A bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or a closely related field is required for this position. Applicants should have excellent communication skills and be strong writer and storyteller. Three years of experience in marketing or communications and experience in higher education are strongly preferred.
