Director of Operations

The Falls Church Anglican is seeking a Director of Operations to manage and oversee the functional areas of finance, facilities, information technology, human resources, and office management.  The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to:

• create and monitor budgets
• plan, execute, and report on financial affairs
• manage the effective use of resources for ministry programs and the office environment
• oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and other human resource matters, including the development of staff
• coordinate facility use
• review and judge the appropriateness of contracts
• interact productively with a variety of lay committees with diverse areas of expertise
