The Division of Adult & Graduate Studies at Eastern Nazarene College, a four-year Christian liberal arts college on Boston’s south shore, invites mission fit applicants to join our pool of adjunct instructors teaching courses in the Master of Science in Management program, Healthcare Administration track. This new Adult & Graduate Studies Program will be offered asynchronously online, in an accelerated format.
We seek candidates with expertise in:
healthcare IT Systems
healthcare law, ethics & policy
healthcare corporate compliance
healthcare quality improvement
A terminal degree in a closely related field with at least 18 graduate credits directly applicable to the course content. Willing to consider candidates currently enrolled in a terminal degree program.
Substantial professional experience within the field of Healthcare Administration.
Strong record of teaching in an institution of higher education.
Commitment to maintaining high academic standards.
High level of interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet the educational needs of diverse student populations, including non-traditional students.
Demonstrate an active commitment to Christian faith and service, which is in accord with the mission of Eastern Nazarene College and display a philosophy of Christian higher education consistent with the college's Wesleyan tradition.
