FACULTY POSITIONS, INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC PROGRAMS (Management)

Academic Rank: Tenure-track positions as an Assistant Professor or higher if experience and qualifications warrant.

Salary & Benefits: Based on education and experience per the Crandall University Faculty Handbook.(Approximate range $52,000 - $84,000). Includes a generous benefits and retirement package.

Starting Dates: August 1, 2021 and January 1, 2022 (or starting date to be negotiated pending final budgetary approval).

Qualifications: A PhD, DBA, or an appropriate graduate degree or professional designation in a business related area.

Particulars of the Positions: To be considered for appointment candidates must be committed to teaching and pursuing scholarship from a Christian perspective and to the mission and the statement of faith of the university. These positions will require candidates to be multi-disciplinary in the range of their teaching capacity in business.

Teaching Load: Six semester courses per year under a tri-semester system or equivalent.

Other Duties: Research and publication is required for promotion. In addition, faculty members are expected to be involved with their respective discipline’s professional organizations or agencies.Faculty are expected to be involved in service to the university including serving as academic advisors to a group of students, and functioning on at least one university committee. A service role toward their church and community is expected according to their gifts and interests.
