Higher Ed Administrative Careers - Institutional Research
Tabor College announces a faculty opening for a Director of Assessment (~75%) and Assistant/ Associate Professor (ability to teach statistics courses strongly preferred ~25%). Primary duties include giving leadership to all institutional assessment projects, including managing all curricular and co-curricular initiatives, report writing, data management, analysis, presentation, and mentoring faculty and campus constituents with best practices across operations and in all teaching and learning modalities. This role also works closely with the Director of General Education and reports to the Executive Vice President of Academics and Compliance.
Master’s degree required, terminal degree preferred. Prior experience with institutional assessment required. Experience with the Higher Learning Commission criteria for accreditation and related standards as well as facilitating professional accreditation processes preferred. Commitment to teaching and service in the context of a Christian liberal arts college is essential. A creative approach to innovation and program development highly desired.
Salary Commensurate with faculty salary schedule.
Beginning Date: August 2021.
