| Bushnell University (Eugene, OR) invites applications for an experienced, full-time (12-month), non-tenure track nurse faculty position to begin July, 2021. The successful candidate can expect to work collaboratively to develop and implement a new Accelerated Baccalaureate pre-licensure nursing program as well as teach didactic and clinical courses according to areas of interest or expertise and as assigned. The School of Nursing is especially interested in candidates who are highly motivated team players, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and committed to multiculturalism and diversity.

Position Specific Qualifications: Candidates should have knowledge of/experience with AACN Essentials, CCNE accreditation, teaching via online learning management systems, current nursing knowledge or experience, and be eligible for or hold an active, unencumbered Oregon RN license. Required Qualifications: Candidates should hold a nursing graduate degree (terminal degree preferred) and possess a minimum of two years nursing practice experience, two years of experience as a nurse educator and/or experience teaching in an accelerated baccalaureate nursing program. Candidates will be actively engaged in a Christian congregation and able to identify with and support the Bushnell Theological Context for Community statement.
