Regent University’s School of Communications and the Arts is seeking to fill a full-time, tenure track faculty position in Music. This position will be located at Regent University’s Virginia Beach, VA campus. The ideal candidate will teach music and general education courses and continue building our existing choral program around our new majors—a BA in Music Leadership and a Bachelor of Music with concentrations in Music Leadership, Church Music, and Performance.

Qualifications: an earned D.M., D.M.A. or Ph.D. in Music is preferred; M.M. or M.A. in Music is required, with an emphasis in vocal performance, choral conducting or related areas with a significant choral performance background. Candidates should have college teaching experience in music-related subjects.
