Friends University is seeking to fill the Director of Institutional Research & Accreditation on-campus position in Wichita Kansas. This position will collect, manage, analyze, and communicate institutional data to constituents to support decision-making, planning, assessment, accreditation, and compliance with standard and mandated reporting. Support accreditation compliance activities for the overall university accreditation and specialized accreditations and memberships.
Collect, manage, analyze, and communicate institutional data to constituents to support decision making, continuous improvement, and accreditation and compliance reporting.
Works with senior administrators on the design and implementation of a comprehensive institutional effectiveness program.
Supports the decision-making of planning, assessment, accreditation, and compliance with standard and mandated reporting.
Plans and implements institutional research projects; responds to requests for data; publishes an annual Fact Book; supports academic departments during the program review process; and develops data to support implementation of the University’s strategic plan.
Develop and maintain a university-wide calendar of accreditation requirements and dates to ensure compliance; regularly communicate progress towards goals associated with accreditation requirements.

A minimum of two years of data acquisition and reporting, preferably in a higher education setting. Demonstrated ability and knowledge of research design, statistical methods, data gathering, and analysis and interpretation. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and direct multiple projects and activities in a priority driven environment with strong attention to detail. Experience with HLC and AQIP, ACBSP, COAMFTE, CAEP, and/or NASM accreditation requirements a plus.
Master’s degree required, preferably in data analysis/research, education, business, or leadership. Doctoral degree preferred.
