Administer and direct Bethel University’s intercollegiate athletics program in NCAA Division III within the context of the university’s mission.
Recruits and manages the coaching and athletics administrative staff.
Provides visionary leadership, strategic planning, and policy development for the athletics program.
Administers the overall budget and budget planning process for the athletics department.
Ensures compliance with all university, national association, and conference policies, rules, and regulations.
Promotes excellence in athletics, academics, and character development on local, conference, and national levels for the men’s and women’s intercollegiate sports programs.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience working directly in intercollegiate athletics programs within an institution of higher education is essential.
