Central Christian College is pleased to solicit applications and nominations for the position of Athletic Trainer. Under the supervision of the Athletic Department, the Athletic Trainer is expected to attend sporting assignments as determined by the Athletic Staff, as well as Athletic Training Room hours which includes the prevention, assessment, care, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries sustained by CCCK Athletes.
This is a staff position, serving as an exempt 10-12 month employee. The salary is based on credentials and experience. Bachelor’s degree; Master’s Preferred. Preference will be given to candidates that have degrees that correlate with current academic offerings of the institution.
2-3 years of experience preferred
BOC Certified, Kansas Licensure (or eligible),
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with college faculty, staff, administrators and personnel
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information in written and oral format to administrative staff, professional colleagues, technical vendors
