The Strategic Partnerships Coordinator is a full-time, 40 hours a week, non-exempt position that provides support to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Lee Strobel Center for Evangelism and Applied Apologetics. This individual must be self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects and priorities at a time, and have excellent follow-up skills. The Coordinator will be responsible for handling discreet and confidential information and providing high quality customer service to staff, faculty, students, prospective partners, potential students, and guests.

We’re looking for candidates who have:
Two years of customer-focused experience in a busy, fast-paced office with a proven track record of administrative support; preferably in a university, business, or ministry setting.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Christ-like customer service skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to work positively and effectively as a team member and as an individual contributor.
Ability to work in a high-energy environment and effectively manage multiple tasks; highly motivated to achieve goals.
Proficiency with computer software, especially Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Highly developed business communications skills; speaking, writing, editing, and proofing.
Key Job Duties
Contribute to CCU’s mission: Christ-centered higher education transforming students to impact the world with grace and truth. In this role, the Strategic Partnerships Coordinator contributes to the mission by being a member of a Christ-centered business team that is committed to serving CCU students, employees, and constituents with grace and truth.
Assist and support the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Strategic Partnerships team, and the leadership of the Lee Strobel Center for Evangelism and Applied Apologetics.
Collaborate with the Enrollment and Marketing management staff members and with various departments across the University.
Prepare, distribute, and maintain official documents, proposals, reports, policies, and procedures.
Perform a variety of administrative support duties, such as printing, scanning, and ensuring office equipment is in working condition and has the necessary supplies for operation.
Record, track, and maintain strategic partnership documents, plans, approvals, and reports.
Plan and coordinate travel needs, meetings, events, scheduling requirements, and meetings.
Coordinate and collaborate in the use of multiple administrative communication forums, including e-mail, distribution lists, and web-based resources, e.g. CRM, budget/accounting system, instant messaging, and video conferencing.
Work closely with the internal marketing, enrollment, academic, and other internal departments and external entities to prepare for events.
Manage promotional items stock room and order marketing collateral and promotional products as needed.
Place and manage internal and external marketing orders.
Process and coordinate proper accounting requisitions according to policy, including marketing work orders, scholarship campaigns, and marketing collateral for events and other strategic partnership marketing needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to walk, stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, speak with clarity, and have appropriate vision and hearing capabilities. Requires sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and conducting phone conversations for extended periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. You may be required to work occasional irregular hours, including some nights and weekends.
