Anderson University’s Student Development Office invites applications for a full-time, position as Associate Dean of Students & Commuter Engagement. The Associate Dean of Students & Commuter Engagement is responsible for creating and maintaining a robust commuter experience focused on education, retention, student CARE, and student conduct. Specific areas of responsibility include the development and management of Commuter Student Support Initiatives, Student Conduct Process, and assists with the Campus Assessment, Response and Evaluation (CARE) Team. This position will also develop and maintain partnerships across the university in order to foster an environment that supports commuter student engagement. Master’s degree in student affairs or related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Two to three years of work related experience are preferred. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and exhibit professionalism is all facets of communication. Case management expertise preferred.
