Hannibal-LaGrange University seeks a full-time biology faculty member beginning fall 2020. Solid candidates with expertise in variety of areas of biology are encouraged to apply, but preference will be given to someone with expertise in molecular biology. Expertise in chemistry is also desirable. The successful candidate will possess at least a master’s degree in biology; candidates with doctoral degrees are preferred. Rank and salary are commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to teaching, faculty members at Hannibal-LaGrange University advise and mentor students, keep current in their field, participate in service to the University, and perform other duties as assigned by the vice president for academic administration. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING
A PhD or other academic-level doctoral degree in the academic content area is preferred. A master’s degree in the academic content area is required.
