CCCU institutions are located around the world. Though they are diverse in size, scope, and mission, they are each committed to faith-integrated higher education.
The Director of Admissions is responsible to the Vice President for Enrollment Mgmt. and Marketing. The position is full time and offers benefits as specified in the staff handbook. The Director of Admissions represents the University in the recruitment and attraction of students to enrollment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing in implementing new procedures and recruiting events.
Offers guidance and direction to Admissions Representatives to prioritize recruiting tasks.
Represent Hannibal-LaGrange University in recruitment events which include, but are not limited to, high school visitations, college fairs, conventions, and church programs.
Counsel prospective students in the areas of admissions procedures and policies, financial aid procedures, academic programs and career opportunities.
Promote marketing strategies that will enhance enrollment opportunities.
Establish a good rapport with high school counselors, pastoral staffs, and influencers of other institutions and community agencies.
Maintain an extensive follow-up program for applicants and prospective students. Including telecounseling, electronic mail, and direct mail.
Participate in the planning and implementation of events sponsored by the Enrollment Management Department.
Assist in the activities assigned by the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing
Admissions representatives work directly with the Office of Records/Registrar, Office of Financial Aid, Office of Student Development, Office of Computer Services, Office of Marketing, and Academic Departments. The Assistant Director of Admissions has contact with all campus entities.

Must possess the ability to work in a multi-task environment.
Must demonstrate excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must demonstrate excellent leadership qualities.
Must have a broad knowledge and understanding of marketing, communications, and public relations principles.
Must work effectively both independently and as a team member, and to maintain effective working relationships with various internal and external audiences
Must be able to perform basic computer transactions and data entry.
Must show initiative, be able to work independently, and exhibit good judgment.
Must present Hannibal -LaGrange University in a positive manner.
Must present a professional appearance.
Must have values consistent with the mission and purpose of Hannibal-LaGrange
