Admissions Communications Manager
The Admissions Office at Messiah College has an opening for the position of Admissions Communications Manager.
Responsibilities: This position oversees client relationship management strategies across multiple platforms including print and electronic media and manages queries used to create and coordinate the flow of communication with targeted student and parent populations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree; experience with creating professional level communications and HTML/CSS.
Skills and Characteristics: Ability to effectively use data for analysis and assessment; experience managing communications within Technolutions Slate or other CRM software; professional-level communication skills, including strong writing, editing, speaking and comprehension skills; ability to communicate successfully across departments and with various constituencies, including external contacts; intermediate web design (Jadu or other CMS); familiarity with marketing, communication plans and analytics.
