The Department of Applied Behavior Analysis at Ouachita Baptist University is seeking highly qualified candidates for online adjunct faculty positions in our M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis program beginning summer 2020 (pending approval from the Higher Learning Commission). Our program meets ABAI VCS requirements for the BACB ® 5th ed. Task List. Responsibilities include teaching one or two graduate courses in ABA theory and practice on an “as-needed” basis in content areas such as concepts and principles, legal and ethical issues, research methods, behavior change procedures, assessment, and training and supervision.
Teach specified course(s) using Moodle learning management system
Actively engage students in ABA curriculum through assignments as outlined in approved course syllabi
Provide students substantive feedback
Respond to student questions and concerns in a timely manner
Evaluate student performance, including reporting grades
Maintain communication with department administration, faculty, and students.
BCBA-D or BCBA with doctoral degree preferred
Teaching and/or supervision experience (3+ years preferred)
Strong commitment to academic excellence, research, community service, and diversity
