The School of Graduate and Continuing Studies (SGCS) at Olivet Nazarene University seeks a full-time Director of Graduate Programs in Education to lead and provide strategic direction for all academic degree, certificate, and endorsement programs in education, including the online Ed.D. in Ethical Leadership program. The Director leads a team of program coordinators and oversees program and curriculum assessment and review, as well as faculty recruiting, hiring, and development. The Director also functions as the liaison between the School of Education and the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies, working with the Dean of the School of Education and the Dean of the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies to ensure that all graduate education programs are properly monitored and meet the accreditation performance standards. The Director will also work to establish, build, and maintain relationships with school superintendents, representing the program to community stakeholders.
